FOPV has invested $5000 to obtain a proposed course of legal action from an outstanding real estate law firm. Armed with this proposed course of action, FOPV seeks to open Surprise Canyon Road to motorized vehicles.
FOPV needs to raise nearly $100,000 to properly fund the legal effort to reopen Surprise Canyon. An initial $20,000 is needed to get the legal action started, and FOPV is well on their way to that goal.
